We held a hearing dog show on the program of the Hungarian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Szeged (International day of the Deaf). Thank you for the invitation!

On the Equal Opportunities Day of the Disabled Association of Kazincbarcika we held disability- and therapy dog shows as well as disability sports.

On the solidarity ground of the XXIII. Wekerle Days our organization was represented by our 7 volunteer colleagues as well as our 4 service dogs. On the all-day long program, our volunteers welcomed those interested with interactive game opportunities, colouring and dog petting. From 2 pm they also held a service dog show.

We participated on the Family Day with performances from our youngest puppy generation and the kids had great fun petting the dogs.

Participants: Richárd Mányik (T, learner therapy dog; Cooper, service dog) , Era Mali (Joya, service dog; Tesla, learner service dog), Flóra Nemes (Amper, therapy dog; Curie, learner therapy dog), Ildikó Dobra (Vito, learner hearing dog), Mónika Ferencz (Süti, hearing dog), Nóra Bengyel (Risza, therapy and learner assistance dog), Krisztina Kimpián (Nelson, learner therapy dog), Zita Hölvényi, Virág Burányi, Gyöngyi Bauer and Bence Mányik.
10 dogs, 11 trainers. Plenty of people were interested: adolescents, children, adults… It was a great experience! Both the two-legged and the four-legged colleagues of the NEO Hungarian Service Dog Organization have become Sziget “islanders” for two days. We welcomed those interested with sensitizing-, therapy- and training programs as well as with disability sports. Our three service puppies have met with success, this intense socializing training was part of their training program. The opportunity to play games with the dogs expanded the number of people who were interested: shooting goals where dogs acted as goalkeepers, playing Frisbee. However, the most popular program was the petting of the dogs. Many people thanked us for the experience, and we would also like to thank everyone for the opportunity!
